1 lettuce
2 pieces Nuodeng ham or Jinhua ham
Flavourings:
2 garlic slices
2 ginger slices

Directions:
1.Clean and peel the lettuce, and then cut into pieces. Cut the ham and ginger into shreds. Cut the garlic into slices.
